Abstract: Rural revitalization strategy is a major strategy proposed by the Chinese government, med at achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and sustnable income increase for farmers. This paper takes Songtao Township as the research object, explores the current situation and problems of rural revitalization in Songtao Township, and proposes corresponding solutions.

Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic situation of Songtao Township, including geographical location, population, economic development level, etc. Then, through questionnre surveys and in-depth interviews, the paper examines the understanding and expectations of the rural revitalization by the people in Songtao Township. The survey results show that although the agricultural production level in Songtao Township is high, there are problems such as rural population outflow, unreasonable agricultural industrial structure, and low farmers' income.

Next, this paper proposes solutions for rural revitalization in Songtao Township. Firstly, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, including roads, water and electricity, etc., to improve rural productivity. Secondly, it is necessary to promote the upgrading of agricultural industries, develop characteristic agriculture, increase the added value of agricultural products, and increase farmers' income. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen rural talent trning, improve farmers' skills and entrepreneurial abilities. In addition, it is also necessary to strengthen the construction of rural culture, protect and inherit rural traditional culture, and improve the cultural quality of farmers.

Finally, this paper evaluates the implementation effect of rural revitalization in Songtao Township. The results show that through the above measures, the rural economy in Songtao Township has been significantly improved, and farmers' income has also increased. However, there are still some problems, such as the unsmooth sales channels for agricultural products and the issue of rural population outflow, which need to be further addressed.
